Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Saree Sales, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. We partner with reputed national courier agencies to ensure that your products reach you safely and in the shortest possible time.

We ship orders throughout the week, from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. In the rare event that there is no courier service available in your pin code, we will ship your items via Government Registered Book Post or Speed Post.

1. How are delivery charges calculated?

Shipping charges are specified separately for every product. If you order multiple products, our system will calculate and add up the individual shipping charges associated with each item. Therefore, the total delivery fee is the combined cost of shipping for all the different products in your cart.

2. Are there any hidden taxes?

No, our prices are all-inclusive. All listed prices on our website include GST and applicable taxes. (Note: Any state-specific entry taxes or local levies, if exceptionally applicable, will be the responsibility of the customer).

3. How long does it take for an order to arrive?

  • Dispatch Time: All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 3 working days of order placement (or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of checkout).

  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, most orders are successfully delivered within 7 to 8 working days.

  • Orders will be delivered exclusively to the shipping address mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

4. What if the product is received in a damaged condition?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you believe you have received the product in a bad condition, or if the outer packaging appears to be tampered with, crushed, or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package from the delivery personnel.

Immediately after refusing the delivery, please email us at online.sareesales@gmail.com or contact us at +91 9909601295, mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost.

(Please note: Make sure that the original product tag and packing remain intact if you are sending the product back as per our Return & Exchange Policy).
