At Saree Sales, we believe in satisfying and delighting our customers. We always look forward to providing you with the best products at the best prices, hoping to build a long-lasting relationship based on your love for Indian ethnic wear. However, if due to an unforeseen situation you require an exchange, the following terms and conditions apply.
1. General Exchange Rules (No Refund Policy)

Strictly No Refunds: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. We only provide an exchange for eligible products.

Exchange Window: If you wish to exchange a product, you must notify us via email at online.sareesales@gmail.com or call us at +91 9909601295 within 24 hours of receiving the package.

Validity: No exchange requests will be entertained after 7 days from the delivery date.

One-Time Exchange: An exchange is only permitted once per order. You can exchange for an item of the same amount or a different amount (difference to be paid by the customer, or adjusted by us if the new item is of lesser value).

Return Deduction: In exceptional, mutually consented cases where a return is processed instead of an exchange, a non-refundable amount of ₹500 (Operation + Shipping charges) will be deducted. Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
2. Defective or Wrong Products (Unboxing Video Mandatory)

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we are happy to exchange it.

Mandatory Requirement: You must record a clear, continuous, pre-opening unboxing video starting from the sealed package.

This video must be sent to us within 24 hours of delivery. Without a valid unboxing video, your claim for a defect or wrong product will not be accepted.
3. Shipping & Reverse Pickup Process

No Reverse Pickup: We do not offer reverse pickup services.

Customer Responsibility: In all cases, the customer is responsible for safely couriering the parcel back to our warehouse address.

Courier Charges: The return courier charges must be borne by the customer. Additionally, an exchange processing fee of ₹200 will apply.

Identification: Please clearly mention your Order ID on the outside of the return parcel.
4. Conditions for Acceptable Exchanges
Your product will undergo a Quality Check (QC) upon reaching our warehouse. Exchanges will only be authorized if the following conditions are met:

The product must be in its original, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition.

All original packaging and tags must be intact and attached. Items without tags will be rejected.

Products sold as combos/sets cannot be exchanged as individual items.
-
"I don't like the product" or personal dislike is not considered an acceptable reason for an exchange.
5. Non-Exchangeable & Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:

Products from our Designer Section.
-
Sarees with fall and edging applied.
-
Customized or altered products.
-
Products purchased during a Sale, or bought using any coupon, discount code, or promotional offer.
6. Color Disclaimer
Model images are for representation purposes only. Slight variations in color, fabric texture, and work are possible due to studio lighting, flash photography, and screen display settings.
7. Jurisdiction
Note: Any dispute arising between the parties shall be subject to Surat Jurisdiction ONLY. The Surat courts will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes.
